In addition, many elevators have Braille dots next to the buttons. This makes it easy for the blind people to know which floor they are pressing.

I believe we can do more to help. If all the shops accept electronic payments, the blind people do not need to worry about counting money or getting the wrong change. This can prevent them from losing money.
