Blindness
If I were blind, I would by affected in many ways, for example, I would not be able to see other people’s appearances, but could only recognize them by their voices. In addition, I could only know the time by an alarm clock.
We can help the blind people by guiding them cross the roads and accompanying them to get to their destinations. In Hong Kong, there are some alarm systems that will guide blind people at the zebra crossing. However, blind people do need a lot more special facilities to help with their daily lives, such as a walking lane just for them so that they will not bump into people, or some special menus at the restaurants so that that can “read” what are being offered.
If everyone takes a small action to help the blind people, their lives will become a lot easier!
