I have heard that you have a dilemma, which is working with some lazy teammates. I can give you some useful advice which may help.

First of all, I think you should ask the teammates what they do best, so that you can spread the work more equally.

If they still don’t listen to what you say, I would suggest you tell the teacher what is happening because the teacher has more experience.

If I were you, I would be a leader, so that I can lead them throughout the project. I will also remind the students to do their work, so they can concentrate on their work.

Last but not least, you can give some opinions or ideas so that everyone can speak.

I think you should trust yourself and try your very best. Share the thing that you are thinking in your mind.
