Tokito Muichiro is the Mist Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. He uses Mist Breathing. He has long black hair that fades to cyan at the ends. He wears clothes that are one size bigger to conceal the length of his arms and legs and his movements, making it difficult for enemies to grasp his next move.

Muichiro was originally cheerful, lively, and optimistic. After losing his memory, he became apathetic and easily forgetful. Muichiro is also a prodigy; he became the Mist Hashira in just two months. His ancestor, Tsugikuni Michikatsu (Kokushibo), was one of the original breath style users. During the battle of the Swordsmith Village, Muichiro not only activated his mark, but also successfully recovered his memories.
