Giving Advice on How to Deal with Dilemmas

After reading you letter, I have also had an experience of having problems with group projects, so I think I have some advice to help you.

If you think that some of your members are just messing around, why don’t you tell the teacher what’s going on? The teacher may have valuable suggestions and advice for you. Or how about making a list of tasks? If you make it, the tasks will be clearer regarding who does what in the project. If I were you, I would use an easier way by just telling your team mates to start doing their jobs. Tell them you are giving them one last chance to redeem themselves, but remember to be friendly and encourage others. We all say a friendly attitude helps everyone work together. Lastly if you have tried my suggestions and they still ignore you, then my worst advice is to leave the members who aren’t working alone, because they are the only ones messing around.

I hope all my advice could help you for all your problems.
