One day, my mom told me to buy some apples because we didn’t have any left. I grabbed my shopping bag and went to the store. While I was walking, I didn’t see a portal on the ground, and I fell in! I shouted, “HELP!”

As I fell, I felt a bit dizzy. “Where am I? I need to go home quickly!” While searching for an exit, I discovered a hidden world. I entered this hidden world and saw a lot of Pokémon! I even spotted a cute Pikachu! I realized I had gone to the Pokémon world!

“Wow! This place is so beautiful! I see so many different Pokémon, and my favorite, Pikachu! Is this a dream? I can’t believe it; this is so cool!” A boy approached me and said, “I want to battle with your Pokémon!” I replied, “But I don’t have a Pokémon; I don’t live here. I just want to go back home because I'm lost!” The boy said, “I can help you! You just need to go to that forest and find the secret door! But first, you need a Pokémon, because you have to use your own Pokémon to fight the bad Pokémon in that forest.”

I was so thankful to the little boy, so I said, “Thanks a lot! Thank you for helping me! That means a lot to me!” The boy replied, “No problem!” Since he said I needed to find my own Pokémon to be my buddy, of course I was going to choose a Pikachu!

At first, Pikachu and I weren’t doing very well. After two hours, finally, Pikachu wanted to be my best buddy! I was so excited; I was also planning that if I went back home, I wanted to bring my buddy Pikachu with me so we could always play together. What a good idea!

I finally made it to the forest. It looked a bit scary, but I thought, “I’ll just do it if I want to escape.” It was hard for me to find the exit. As I continued walking, suddenly a Pokémon showed up and wanted to battle me! So I decided to use my Pikachu to fight it. I told Pikachu how to defeat that bad Pokémon, and we did it! We fought three different types of Pokémon. Some of them almost made us lose, but because we never gave up, we used our full strategy to take them down! I said, “Good job, Pikachu! You did great.” That made Pikachu happy!

At last, we finally made it to the exit! Pikachu and I were so excited! We reached the magic door and, finally, Pikachu and I made it back! I told Pikachu that he was going to live with me, and he agreed!
