I did charity work with my sister for the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association this Saturday. This is my sixth time participating, but I still joined this charity work because I wanted to teach my sister about volunteering for the first time.

Our mission was to ask people to buy stickers from us, with the money going to the association. Some people did not want to give money to the charity, but we still asked them politely. There were also some kind people. For example, I asked a person who was carrying many things and talking on the phone, but he still put down all his things and gave money to me.

I feel very proud of myself for being able to help so many blind people by doing charity work, and I will participate again next time. I also learned that I need to be proactive and brave in front of people.
