My lovely puppy, Lucky, was sick! I was very worried about her yesterday. She was sick in the morning and she did not want to eat any breakfast or dinner. Lucky did not even want to go for a walk and just lay in her basket to sleep. Mum decided to take her to the vet.

This morning, we took our puppy to the vet with my mum and sister, Mary, by taxi. Lucky had a fever during the ride, so we were really worried.

When we arrived at the vet, my sister and I sat on the bench with Lucky while our mom was lining up for registration.

After a while, the doctor examined lucky and found some pieces of rotten meat stuck between her teeth, “oh, it looks like Lucky had eaten some rotten food”, said the doctor. “Some medicine could help”. We were all relieved after hearing what the doctor said. We thanked the doctor for his help and left with the medicine.

We fed lucky the medicine immediately when we arrived at home. Luckily, Lucky became a lot better an hour later. She jumped and ran around the house happily again. I hugged her with happy tears. We are so glad to have our healthy and lovely Lucky back again!
