Healthy at home
At home, I sometimes exercise for half an hour a day. I go to bed on time and have a healthy diet to keep healthy. Doing exercise keeps me healthy because it makes my body strong and full of energy. Also, going to bed on time helps me get enough rest, so I can be active during the day. And a healthy diet provides my body with necessary nutrients to grow well. I should drink much water.
