Healthy at Home
At home, I always take a shower at night. This keeps me healthy because I can keep my body away from germs.
I often clean my room and make my bed because these actions can let me have a good sleep. It’s very important to have a good sleep. I sometimes help my Mom cook healthy food, like fried eggs, boiled broccoli and steamed fish… etc, I should watch the i-pad for a shorter time because it is harmful to my eyes.
