Saving Santa on the Roof

Today as I was sleeping, I heard the radio. And the radio said, “Emergency! Emergency! Santa is trapped in the chimney. Christmas will likely be canceled!” As soon as I heard it, I instantly went to my sister’s room and told her that Santa was stuck in the chimney. She asked, “Whose chimney?” And I said ours.

We both screamed and I told her to help Santa to get out of the chimney. She said, “Why me? How about you?” Then I said, “Because we can’t get presents any more if we don’t help him.” Then my sister agreed and we both got tools and ladders to help Santa. We tried pulling, pushing and everything else, but it didn’t work. He was too fat! We saw the sun rising and we panicked. We were really scared. We spread soap and water on the chimney, to make it slippery, and we even tried breaking the chimney but it didn’t work.

Santa was tired, dizzy and couldn’t breathe easily. We had an idea. We prepared cookies and milk. We put them on the table in front of him but he couldn’t get it because they were too far away. We started mocking him and he got frustrated that he pushed himself with all his anger. Then, he got out and ran to the milk and cookies. We cheered and made him put us on the Nice List and made him give us presents. Christmas was restored!
