In today’s digital age, reading helps combat excessive screen time. Instead of scrolling through social media, picking up a book can be a more fulfilling alternative. Even 15 minutes of reading daily can make a significant difference over time.

Cultivating a reading habit is a lifelong investment. Start with topics that interest you, and diversify your choices. The more you read, the more marks you get!
