Anne and Kenny sold flags for a charity one Saturday. That morning, they went to Lohas Park to sell flags. They each held a bag which people could put coins in. After the people put a coin in the bag, Anne or Kenny would give a sticker to them.

They sold flags until lunch time and they got a few hundred dollars. Then they went to a fast food shop. They got a hamburger, fries and more. Kenny said, “This is the best hamburger I have ever had!”
After they were done eating, they put the trash in the rubbish bin. Then they came back to take the flag bags that were full of money, but it disappeared!

“Oh no! The flag bags are gone! What should we do?” said Anne. “Stay calm! We should go to the police department.” said Kenny. So, they went to the police department. After talking to the police, they couldn’t help, so they took matters into their own hands.

They tried to retrace their steps. They went back to the fast food shop where they were before. Right when they went in, they saw the flag bags in the corner of the shop. It must have been when they were putting the trash in the bin and the workers took it.
So, they took the flag bags and kept selling flags for the rest of the day.
