Giving Advice on How to deal with dilemmas

Dear Nori,

I know that you are facing a dilemma because you don’t know how to present in front of the class. You might feel nervous but that’s fine. I want to help you to be more confident.

First of all, take a deep breath before you present. That will make you feel calmer. Then, you should practice more. Home is the best place to practise. You can gain more confidence by practicing your presentation. If I were you, I would drink some water. It will make your voice louder and easier to hear.

Next, asking people who are more experienced is a good choice. How about asking your teachers? They have good presentation skills. If you think your classmates look confident, you could ask them for help and try to do as well as them. Where else can you get suggestions? From you parents, listen to their advice to improve yourself.

Try your best! Be confident when you are presenting and enjoy the practice time because this experience helps a lot. So….do it now!

Yours,
Rachael
