There are cute animals living in the bamboo forests. What are they? They are giant pandas!

Appearance
They have a big white body with four black limbs. They also have small black eyes with a big black circle around them. They have sharp claws to rip off bamboo from the ground.

Habitat
They live in mountainous, misty, rainy bamboo forests in China. Pandas really love bamboos. They spend up to 12 hours a day eating bamboo!

Special Behaviour
Pandas sometimes make strange noises, including chirping, honking, bleating and barking! Why do they do these actions? They make those noises to communicate!

Population
There are fewer than 1,500 giant pandas left in the wild. We need to help pandas!

Dangers
They face terrible dangers, including illegal hunting, threatened by habitat loss, fragmentation, people hunting other animals and harvesting plants in the forests.

Ways to help
People should donate to WWF because they will be donating to a panda conservation projects on the ground in China. The donation will contribute towards a variety of initiatives including nature reserve protection and more.

In conclusion, pandas are cute animals. We should protect them. Otherwise, they will become extinct like dinosaurs.
