Last Saturday was my birthday. Mum asked, "Apex, how to celebrate your birthday?" I thought for five minutes, "Mum. Let's go to the countryside to have a barbecue." Mum agreed and we went there by taxi.
When Dad finished his work, he joined us for a barbecue. I was overjoyed to see Dad. As I didn't know he would come. We picked our favourite food and cooked it. While we were cooking, we were chatting joyfully. Mum put her handbag next to her because she needed to get a tissue. We didn't notice a stray dog was coming near us.

Two minutes later, I said, "See! There was a stray dog!" Then we saw it got Mum's handbag! We all ran to chase it. However, when we came back to the barbecue pit, the food was all scorched. At that moment, I had a great idea, “Cook the food again”.

Today was a very special birthday!
