The Most Adventurous Thing I've Ever Done
The most adventurous thing I’ve ever done was facing one of my fears, hiking, but it was so worth it!
When I was around 5 to 7 years old, my parents brought me to a little mountain to hike. By that time, I was really afraid of heights and didn’t want to climb at all but my parents told me, “Try it first! You’ll never know what happens next!” I really didn’t want to but I had no choice because if I cry, it’ll be embarrassing. So, I did what my parents wanted me to try.
As I was hiking, I held onto my mom’s hand tightly because I was really scared from falling, and the mountain was very challenging to step on since there were lots of rocks. I almost tripped on one of the rocks but gladly, my dad saw it and said, “Be careful! There’s a rock.”
The sun was setting like a turtle. The sunlight was shining very brightly and it was a golden hour! It was super pretty!
“We’re here!” my mum said while taking out her phone, ready to take millions of pictures. “It’s so pretty!” I said. I could stay on the top of the mountain for ten years! The sky was blue, pink, orange and yellow with the sun right in the middle, treasure the time I spent with my parents. It was very touching! I hope we can do more, different adventurous things to create more and more lovely memories together!
