My Last Summer Vacation
This summer, I had an amazing trip to Korea. I experienced the traditional food and beautiful sights that made this country so special.
I arrived in Seoul and was excited to explore. My first stop was Gyeongbokgung Palace. The palace was beautiful.
Seoul is a lively city. I love walking around Insadong, where I found shops selling traditional crafts. I also enjoyed sitting in tea houses, sipping green tea.
In Gongdong, the streets were full of shops and street food. I tried tteok bokki, spicy rice cakes, and hotteok sweet pancakes filled with sugar. They were delicious!
The people in Korea are friendly and welcoming. I talked to locals in markets and restaurants, and they were happy to share their culture. One shop owner even taught me Korean phrases, which helped me connect with others.
I returned home with wonderful memories and hope to visit Korea again someday!
