Healthy at home

Everyday, I drink at least eight cups of water. I often drink milk when I have breakfast. I sometimes eat fruit such as apples, oranges and bananas after dinner.

After finishing my homework at home, I often clean my room. Then, I usually play table tennis with my dad.

I always brush my teeth and wash my face when I wake up in the morning, and before I go to bed at night. I often take a shower after I go back home from school. This keeps me healthy because taking a shower can make my body and hair clean.

I always go to sleep before nine o’clock at night because I need to have enough rest before school every day.

When my hands are dirty, I should avoid touching my eyes, nose or mouth.
