Today I want to introduce my favourite food, avocado. It is a super food and it has many vitamins too. We can buy it in superarket.

It looks green inside and outside the skin. It is soft and little mushy, it tastes creamy. There are many people like to eat it.

It has good fats and is healthy. We can make it mushy to be avocado sauce in the sandwiches or salad. Do you know why many people like to eat it? Because it can keep fit and help our body stay healthy.
