Last week, I learned a few valuable lessons that changed me. It all began when mum got sick.
Mum was on her bed and I was standing beside her. Mum told me to go to the grocery store to buy some snacks. I ran to the store and picked out my favourite snack. As I was lining up at the check-out counter. I searched my pockets for the money mum gave me but it was gone! I then used my mobile phone to contact mum and explained my problems. Mum laughed sweetly and told me that I dropped the money when I bolted out of the room. I went back home and this time, I didn’t run.
I learned that we had to do things slowly and mind our belongings. It’s the best way to do anything.
