A Healthy Day

Staying healthy is good for everyone because we can play many funny things and go wherever we want. But how can we keep our bodies healthy? Let me share my healthy day with you!

I usually have ten hours of sleep and wake up at 6:45 am. I have enough energy to start my new day! REMEMBER! Get plenty of rest every day.

Eating good food is also excellent for our bodies. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We can get nutrients from healthy food to support our bodies. Drinking plenty of water is a must because 70% of our body is made up of water.

I always do exercise to keep my body strong. In summer, I will do lots of sports, for example, football, rugby, badminton, table tennis and swimming. I also play those sports in winter, too. Sunshine is my best friend because it gives me lots of vitamin D!

Everyone has a bad time. We can talk to happy people and think positively! We can also listen to music!

Healthy is important for all of us. Try to develop a healthy style!
